Pavlo Molchanov Ph.D., Senior Consultant Optics and Electronics
Meet Dr. Molchanov, a retired US citizen with over 20 years of experience in the design of high-speed electronics, electro-optics, RF, Microwave, antennas, and antenna arrays for micro-radar and other applications. He was a principal in US NAVY, Air Force, and Army projects and even came up with the concept of the Fly Eye Radar.
Dr. Molchanov has a wealth of scientific expertise, including invention, research, design, and testing of Microwave, RF circuits and antennas for UAS, GPS protection, ultra-fast EO devices, microchip lasers, holograms, photo-receivers for underwater and airborne Laser Radar Systems in SeaTROLL, Fire-LIDAR and Airborne NAVAIR projects.
He has an impressive educational background, with a Doctor of Science degree in Elements of Computer and RF Systems from Vinnytsia State University, a Doctor of Philosophy degree in RF Systems and Devices from Moscow Aviation Institute, an M.S. degree in Dielectrics and Semiconductors from Kyiv Polytechnic Institute and an Engineer degree in Electron Devices from Kyiv Polytechnic Institute.
Dr. Molchanov is also a published author with over two hundred publications and 10 USA patents and the author of the book "Seeing Invisible: Advanced Antenna Arrays"
Iryna Dzieciuch, Principal Computer Vision/AI
Meet Iryna Dzieciuch, a highly skilled and experienced scientist with expertise in AI, sensors, and computer vision. With a background in computer science and AI, Iryna has a strong understanding of programming languages such as Python, and Matlab, and is proficient in using AI modules such as Keras, Tensorflow, and PyTorch. She also has experience in using various libraries such as Seaborn, scikit-learn, pandas, numpy, OpenCV, scikit-image, and Pillow.
Iryna has a strong background in image processing and has worked on various applications such as E/O, Multispectral, Sonar, FLIR, DVS, DICOM, LiDAR, and Microscopy. She has also worked on various projects such as developing CNN regression models for volumetric muon tomography 3D image data, developing an algorithm for anomaly segmentation and localization of scans, and developing mine/explosive segmentation algorithms. Iryna also has experience in mentoring, reporting, presentation, and team communication. With her experience and expertise, we are glad to have her as our Principal Computer Vision expert.
Tamara Dombayan, Senior PCB designer
Tamara is an accomplished hardware engineer with a wealth of expertise in multi-layer and high-speed RF board design and simulation, as well as document control. Tamara has the ability to design high-density and high-speed PCBs with high-pin-count micro BGAs independently and efficiently. She manages the entire design process, including component libraries generation and maintenance, schematic capture, PCB layout, and generation of manufacturing output files. Tamara also has extensive knowledge of product development processes, DFM/DFA/DFT/EMI requirements, and IPC standards, as well as experience in power supply and amplifier design, high-speed digital and RF circuits, and stack-up calculation for high-speed PCBs. She is also skilled in BOM, assembly, and Gerber files, and has experience with Agile systems. We are fortunate to have Tamara on our team.
